PTFE / FEP / PFA lined cross are used in industrial processes where there is use of highly corrosive materials. These crosses are designed to have a very high threshold for heat and pressure. They are line with a special polymer called PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). They are utilized in chemical industry, oil and gas generation, manufacturing, petrochemical and automotive industries primarily. The only thing that differentiates them with the other types of industrial crosses is their ability to be able to work with corrosive materials.
